BeWiseAuto.be is not an approved automotive expert company within the meaning of Belgian legislation. We do not carry out technical expert assessments recognised by insurance companies, courts or administrative authorities, as defined by the Royal Decree of 23 April 2015 establishing the code of ethics for automotive experts of the Institute of Automotive Experts.
Our services consist of independent and advisory support for the purchase of used vehicles. The analyses and evaluations provided are for information purposes only and do not constitute an official expert report, a guarantee, or an assessment enforceable against third parties.
The customer remains solely responsible for the decision to purchase the vehicle and assumes full responsibility for the final transaction.
